At Harmony, we have been consciously focusing on our corporate culture for years. We believe that a great workplace starts with people who can be themselves, grow and who enjoy working together every day. That's why we invest heavily in personal development, open communication and a warm, supportive work environment — based on our core values: transparency, engagement, entrepreneurship and creativity.

But how do you know if you're really doing the right thing? How do we objectify what we've been feeling for a long time — that Harmony is a place where people feel good? That's why we participated in the Great Place To Work process. Not to label our culture, but to test how our colleagues experience their workplace through an independent and anonymous survey. After all, who can judge this better than our own colleagues?

The result? Harmony is officially certified as Great Place To Work! And we're extremely proud of that. 98% of our colleagues said Harmony is a fun place to work, and our overall score is a whopping 88% — far above the benchmark.

This certificate confirms that we are on the right track. But it is not an end point. We will continue to build a culture where openness, ownership, collaboration and new ideas come naturally. Because one Great Place To Work you become together—day after day.
